Over the past few decades, we have focused on petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fine chemicals, and other chemical industries. We are pioneers in the field of petroleum chemical process pumps and various corrosion-resistant pumps in China. We are one of China's leading pump designers and manufacturers, and the largest production and export base for corrosion-resistant pumps in China. We have successfully provided many critical pump products and pump application technologies to domestic and international customers.

Collaboration with Burgmann to provide design, manufacturing, and services of mechanical seals for industries such as thermal power plants, aerospace, petrochemicals, oil field exploitation, oil refining, shipbuilding, sugar production, and papermaking;

Collaboration with Hermetic to produce leak-free pump products especially suitable for transporting corrosive, radioactive, toxic, flammable, explosive, easily vaporized, and expensive media. These products have been widely applied in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, nuclear power, and refrigeration;

Collaboration with LEWA to produce metering pumps, process diaphragm pumps, high-pressure reciprocating pumps, and complete metering systems. These products are mainly used in fields such as chemical, petrochemical, oil and natural gas, pharmaceutical and personal care products, food and beverage, plastic processing, cleaning and detergent processing.

Management System

We began to promote and implement IS09000 standards in 1989, and took the lead in getting IS09001: 1994 quality assurance system certification in pump industry in 1995. In 2018 it passed IS09001:2015 quality management system certification. In order to continuously pursue a higher level of quality management and develop domestic and foreign markets, We propagated and implem ented the Am erican Petroleum Institute(API) quality m anagem ent system specification in 2017 and passed the API Q1 quality management system certification in 2019.

QA

We have strict quality control covering the whole production process, and resolutely implements the technical standards and process requirements. The main inspection and quality control activities include: procurement acceptance, physical chemical experiment analysis, nondestructive test, hydrostatic test, balance test, assembly process control, performance test, operation test, cleaning. painting, marking, packaging and other inspections.

Testing Ability

The Pump Testing Station is equipped with a set of open and closed test beds, including a test rig with a maximum flow rate of 22,000m3/h. The test accuracy meets the requirements of GB/T3216 "Rotary Dynamic Pump- Hydraulic Performance Test of Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3".

Test station is also equipped with high-voltage frequency converter to be able to meet the test requirements of maximum 10kV, 4,000kW. Additionally by applying computer aided testing technology, centralized control, automatic data acquisition is realized in the whole process of pump testing, which is more efficient and convenient, more accurate and reliable, reaching domestic first-class level.
